Welcome to DMX Travel (dmxtravel.com). By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • DMX Travel is a company dedicated to the organisation of guided tours and private transport in Mexico.

  • Our services are subject to availability and the conditions established in each reservation.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

  • You can navigate in dmxtravel.com no need to register.

  • Use of the site for illegal activities, fraud or any action that impairs the operation of the site is prohibited.

  • Information on prices, availability and services may be updated without prior notice.

3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • Reservations must be made through dmxtravel.comemail or WhatsApp.

  • Payment of 100% is required, or 50% tank to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is to be paid before the start of the service.

  • Accepted methods of payment: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, BTC.

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include taxes, unless otherwise stated.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Cancellations by the client:

  • More than 48 hours in advance: Reimbursement of the 95% if the payment was made with card and reimbursement of the 100% if the payment was made by transfer.

  • Less than 48 hours in advance: reimbursement of the 50%

  • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund.

  • No show, no refund.
  • CDate change without penalty.

Cancellations by DMX Travel:

  • If the tour or transport service is cancelled due to weather or force majeure, the customer may choose to:
    a) Rescheduling at no additional cost.
    b) Partial or full reimbursement (as the case may be).

5. PRIVATE TRANSPORT POLICIES

  • Passengers must be ready at the meeting point at the scheduled time.

  • Free tolerance of 20 minutesafter that time an additional charge per extra hour ($400) will be applied.

  • No alcoholic beverages, illegal substances or dangerous objects are allowed on board.

  • DMX Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any person who poses a security risk.

6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

  • The units are fully insured, however, customers are advised to take out travel insurance for added protection.

  • DMX Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers and therefore cannot be held responsible for any loss, accident or damage occurring during tours or transfers.

  • All passengers must follow the directions of the guides and drivers to ensure their safety.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All the contents of dmxtravel.com (texts, images, logos) is the property of DMX Travel and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Personal information provided by customers is used only to process bookings and improve service.

  • DMX Travel does not share data with third parties without consent.

  • We comply with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Mexico.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DMX Travel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
