Welcome to DMX Travel (dmxtravel.com). By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • DMX Travel is a company dedicated to the organization of guided tours and private transportation in Mexico.

  • Our services are subject to availability and the conditions established in each reservation.

2. USE OF THE WEB SITE

  • You can navigate in dmxtravel.com no need to register.

  • The use of the site for illegal activities, fraud or any action that affects its operation is prohibited.

  • Price, availability and service information may be updated without prior notice.

3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • Reservations must be made through dmxtravel.comemail or WhatsApp.

  • A payment of 100% is required, or 50% tank to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid before the start of the service.

  • Accepted methods of payment: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank wire transfer, BTC.

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Cancellations by the client:

  • More than 48 hours in advance: Reimbursement of 95% if the payment was made with card and reimbursement of 100% if the payment was made by transfer.

  • Less than 48 hours in advance: reimbursement of 50%

  • Less than 24 hours in advance: There is no refund.

  • No show, no refund.
  • CDate change without penalty.

Cancellations by DMX Travel:

  • If the tour or transportation service is cancelled due to weather or force majeure, the client may opt for:
    a) Reprogramming at no additional cost.
    b) Partial or total reimbursement (as the case may be).

5. PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION POLICIES

  • Passengers must be ready at the meeting point at the scheduled time.

  • Free tolerance of 20 minutesAfter that time an additional charge per extra hour ($400) will be applied.

  • Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances and dangerous objects are not allowed on board.

  • DMX Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any person who represents a security risk.

6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

  • The units are fully insured, however, customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for added protection.

  • DMX Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers, so it is not responsible for losses, accidents or damages that occur during tours or transfers.

  • All passengers must follow the directions of the guides and drivers to ensure their safety.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All the contents of dmxtravel.com (texts, images, logos) is the property of DMX Travel and may not be copied or used without authorization.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Personal information provided by customers is used only to process reservations and improve service.

  • DMX Travel does not share data with third parties without consent.

  • We comply with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Mexico.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DMX Travel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
